As no two spaces are ever alike, our prices are offered on a case by case basis. As a price point, you can view our per hour pricing plans above. Please keep in mind that these are general prices that subject to change base on the area to be cleaned.
OCD Neat currently serves Cobb, Douglas, Floyd and Polk counties. However, you if you live in an area reasonably situated to one of these counties, you may give us a call. Please note that there will be an additional fee for trips beyond a certain mileage. Generally, $50 exceeding a 20 mile radius.
The short answer is, Yes! OCD Neat dedicates time and preparation to ensure that we perform exceptional services on the spot. Therefore, a $75 same day cancellation fee will be accessed. Please give us a call prior to the day you are scheduled for service so that we do not waste our time, or your money!
